Good. It needs to happen. And needed to happen before they killed roe, killed regulations, and gave Presidents absolute immunity. But better late than never….

Like Obama before him, Biden has made the mistake of thinking that Republicans in Congress and on the court are good people who love America. They’ve proven that that’s not so.

It's a bad idea because it's just a power play by the left. Only now, after decades of a far-left Supreme Court (and then a milquetoast Court that simply accepted all of the leftist dictates from the far-left Court), when there is a right-leaning Supreme Court, now suddenly the left wants to change the rules.
