Our kid has been with three major clubs in the area throughout youth career. Arlington is the most well run organization we've seen. And it's not all that close. Not paid to say it. Just expressing our experience.

Could the delay be due to the SYC coach who came and was at the tryouts and then just left?

Why would you say that? He has played ECNL and MLS Next. Not once demoted. Every move has been for a better opportunity or better fit with the coaching. Keep hating and showing your kid what not to do in life.

Fair, it varies by age group, my DS friend from Mclean has had a great experience with the current U9 top group and another from U10 top group has not had a great experience, varies.

No theyre not lol, they are just competitive, which is the bare minimum for a club of their size

Bare minimum is exactly what they offer players.

And lots of scrimmages!!!

Our experience is that ASA is as poorly run as any other club. Some ways worse and some ways better.

Does ASA grow from within or drop players completely to bring in new talent at the u11 level?

All clubs will cut players from top teams if a better player comes along.

Still to be determined. The coaching staff at ASA that has now cycled out after two years of U9/U10 was particularly awful at coaching, developing, or talent evaluation. Super lazy. Now that other coaches will be seeing current players we will see what happens for the future.

I see last year's U9/U10 Coach Joswick is no longer with the program on the Arlington wbsite. What happened.

ECNL on bits side just is not that competitive. It’s a dying league on the boys’ side.

I love how the Arlington Coach just used the main club's ECNL page to promote and tag his personal training business.
