JJ left Arlington pretty soon after the Parents end of year reviews were filled out. Wouldn't be surprised if that had something to do with it based on the responses i've seen here.

I think JJ got fed up with the politics. He really cared about the kids. If end of year reviews had any impact, there would be quite a few boys coaches gone.
