Maybe if sent to a boarding school far from DC. Even then a lot of kids who return to visit seem to end up in crime or meet an early death.

Right now child bearing is financially incentivized. Perhaps we should flip it to rewarding delay and fewer kids?

It’s incentivized for the wrong people. Poor, uneducated, lazy, pieces of $hit keep reproducing and making kids that will grow up to be losers just like their sperm and egg donors.

There should be incentive for people who are not using any kind of government assistance, making above the median income, and in two parent households to have kids.

While I 100% agree with you, I would love to hear the uproar over prioritizing people like me. Can I get some assistance for a change? I've never attended a public school, neither have my kids, I don't utilize public rec centers, libraries, pools, etc. I couldn't be a better citizen, financially speaking, but yet I am the problem and the crackheads having kids get the funding.

Lol! If you’ve never used a LIBRARY that’s really on you. And of course you’ve gotten tons of benefits in the form of public infrastructure you use more heavily than “crackheads,” tax benefits, and externalities you cause.

There is a nonprofit in NC that actually pays people with drug abuse issues money to use birth control. I don’t remember what it is called, but this is along the line of what this poster is talking about.

Not sure if I'm reading the above (14:08) correctly. One of these feral girls kicked a U.S. Marshal. This was the final straw and that girl got the kind of beating she will not soon forget. Good. Maybe she's learning the lesson that you mess with people, they will mess wit chu. The poor man she murdered never had a chance to defend himself.

The 12-year old was arrested after being shot. The news report says the three teens were seen celebrating after the murder last fall.

I agree. And now there is precedence so hopefully the parents can also be charged. this nation needs a few cases to scare the pants off negligent parents to start putting in serious effort to parent their kids.

Yes indeed. Yet, I highly doubt that DC will lead the charge in this way.

Then they'll stick the grandmothers with these horrible kids.

I am liberal tending, but these animals should be treated like the feral beasts they indeed are. Pay these baby machines to be on some sort of reversible BC.

Key. Lost.
Strikes. Three.

Supervised birth control should be a condition of welfare. It would help to prevent a lot of issues like this.

I know. People talking trash on the internet are terrible.

But the girls who killed that man are sweet and tender hooligans who will never, ever do it again.

Not until the next time.
