You can't police reactions. What would you expect her to say or do? She doesn't think married men should talk about other hot women. Nothing you can do about that.

I think you probably feel embarrassed, and it seems like you're now scrambling to defend your husband so that YOU don't look like a doormat.

Op you say she has no right to judge. It sounds like she didn't. She kept her opinion to herself, right?

But I disagree with you. People have the right to judge. It would have been tacky for her to attack your husband or you during dinner, so good for her. But you can't expect everyone around you you to sit stone-faced and not react to the conversation.
