| We have been hearing about this Prep class for 3 years what happened? |
| Thats what I thought about SSSA early in the season. They can really play at a high level. I was surprised by their inconsistency. Hopefully the final will be close. |
Bordley Jr. and Healy deserve coach of the year awards, after all they lost last year to graduation and the retirement of HOF coach Bordley Sr. The mark of a solid team is one that does not lay down, and it looks like they had their crew in the right mindset. Where does the IAC go next ear. Seems like Prep is washed up after underperforming, and Bullis might not be recruiting as hard as in the past. Does Landon keep adding to their immense number of titles? |
| SSSA is very dangerous at the face-off X, but Bullis is very tallented on the offensive end, and their defense plays well. Should be a good tilt. Bullis has to be favored, but not by much. It will come down to the faceoff X and goaltending. Whoever gets the upper hand at those two positions will likely win the game. |
| Agreed on COY for Healey and J.R. I think Bullis stays strong, they have a ton of young talent getting meaningful minutes. |
|
Who cares about next year? The day this whole conversation is about comes down to Friday. If you lost buy a ticket.

Bullis loses 6 D1 offensive players, one being an Ohio State football commit and Robert Schain who is headed to Penn in the Fall.
UPenn Towson Colgate Ohio State Michigan Jacksonville The best offensive player on the field outside #19 for Bullis and #50 for Landon (who is only a sophomore). Bullis is going to have a hard time replacing these guys as all of them are very talented players. |
Prep is really in a bad spot. In a down year for the IAC, they cannot get past St. Stephens to get into the final...wow. That program is nothing like it was a half dozen years ago. Bullis will face trouble next year, as that is a lot to replace and they really do not have the culture of a Landon that has a program. Bullis has been more about free agency as they ascended to compete with Landon and Prep. Isn't the school head changing over soon? I have to believe that will affect the free-wheeling recruiting they have done in recent years. |
| Whoo cares. There is a championship to be played for Friday. |
| It's all about Championships. |
| Prep has 11 IAC championships compared to Bullis who has 2. |
|
Prep has not played in the IAC Championship since 2015,Landon is an up and coming group with that said SSSA and Bullis will be playing for the Championship Friday night at Bullis. All are welcome. Parking and admission are free!!!
Good luck to both teams. |

I have to get out every digit and then some to count Landon's Championships. Not to mention, they did beat Bullis last year during the regular season. The league is a lot more competitive than it has been, but it may not be very competitive next year. By the transitive property of sports, which isn't always reliable, Landon lost this year in OT to Prep, Bullis Twice this year and once last year, and beat SSSA in OT this year. Pretty Close!
Hat's off to Bullis for putting together a great team. This would be their second or third championship? I hope SSSA wins. I think the Bullis Coach has earned a championship after the Coup attempt last year, but I don't think headmaster of Bullis deserves more than a .... I think Prep and Bullis graduate a lot. Landon doesn't graduate as much. Landon's attack could be big and nasty next year. Not sure on SSSA. EHS played Landon tough, but I am not sure what they lose next year. Finally, St. Albans is smart and well coached. Do their faceooff kid and #10 come back? Who else? |
|
Saint Stephens Hess coach should be COY.
I don’t think anyone on here thought the Saints wound be playing for an IAC title. Heading into the season, the Lil Hoyas and Bullis were the clear cut favorites. I thought Landon would stink this year but they were very competitive the final weeks and made huge strides for a young team. |

Where are all the Prep dads? I thought they said this would be THEIR YEAR?
LOL. |
