You really don't understand NDAs. For example, if someone has a health incident in your home they can sue you. Fastest way to get a nice payout because the homeowners insurance will pay. The courts urge and insist upon mediation first, so as not to clog up the justice system. When someone signs a NDA they are foregoing the right to pursue it legally. This was investigated and nothing criminal was found. That meant she could only get him through civil action. They mediated and she accepted a NDA which means she found him not guilty/liable for any harm done to her.

There's no video showing them going "hand in hand smiling" to his hotel room. This is a false description of the video being spread by Hegseth's lawyer and Megan Kelley, among others.
