Ex presidents are in a different realm (generally speaking; Trump should just be in the pen when he’s an ex, thought I will tolerate the Federal Medical Center in Rochester, MN, which would be a neat bit of symmetry since Reagan’s Alzheimers was treated at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN). We need to fight as hard as we can to both prevent a vote and to get Biden elected. Even if Biden is elected if the GOP gets their person in, women’s and lgbt rights will be set back by decades....

Yes, but she has very little judicial experience and even the legal experience she does have does not really apply. The confirmation hearings would be very, very ugly and I doubt she would want to go through that, let alone want the job. She has been adamant in the past about wanting to stay out of politics and I can't imagine that a rigorous job as a supreme court justice would be any more appealing.

There are several black women jurists that are significantly more qualified and would be far better and far less controversial picks.
