This. He is going to use it to shore up conservative voters to vote for him then Moscow Mitch will push something thru during lame duck session win or lose.

If that happens and Biden wins and D reclaim Senate, they absolutely need to pack he courts.

It will happen, and the ugliness of this election will be the proof that it’s needed - one person shouldn’t be this critical to the stability of our political system. Nominate four left-leaning moderates and pack it to 13.
