Deer Park Water delivery - they get our bill wrong every month.

(I can spell it out: I preferred the chocolate be in an aisle I can avoid when shopping with a toddler.)

If you are going off on some bizarre personal tangent you can't assume the rest of us are with you. The reason you had to spell it out is that this is weird.

I understood the chocolate / diapers isle right away without explanation.

Tree Top customer service is appalling. Apathetic and rude sales people, even in this economy.

Best Buy is disgusting. I don't understand why people continue to shop there.

How do you really know how well employees are treated unless you know someone who has/currently works there?

The May corporation is just as bad as Walmart and you still shop at Macy's.

Agreed.

Sorry, but that's just plain bizarre. Have you not heard of the word "no"?

Still bearing a grudge against Verizon. A bunch of scam artists.

I'm surprised by the Verizon. We've had FIOS for a while and have gotten great customer service --even when our only outage ever was our own fault because the cable was disconnected in some minor construction we were doing. I hope we're able to stay against the trend.

I agree with Best Buy, though! I hate that place!

I hope you have better luck with Verizon than we did, too. Just keep an eye on your bill each month. They liked to add services we did not request to ours and it was a bear dealing with them to get it corrected.

None that I can think of off hand.

I've had customer service issues with many of the stores listed (BRU, Verizon, Comcast, Target) to name a few.

But I always ask to speak to a manager and calmly explain the situation without backing down. It has always gone in my favor.

15:45 poster- do you shop at those two stores?

Best Buy in Tenleytown. The surly, lazy employees are the worst. Ironically, the employees next door at The Container Store are all super nice and seem so happy to be working there.

I wish someone from Tree Top would tell us they will get some quality playthings made in USA. That would be oh so nice!

Not the person who posted the original complaint, but don't get why people are giving her such a hard time. I am well-acquainted with the word "no", but prefer not to have to go there in the first place. I think that's what the person may have been getting at.

Sad how many people read into simple posts with their own BS.
