All UMC men are now jacked, (probably) injecting testosterone off-label, and obsessive about longevity hacks. Right?

Turn back now. Enjoy your civilized existence and don't get dragged into this trash culture

DH also does Pilates and yoga for flexibility and balance. And he doesn't skip leg day. It's weird when men's bodies are so out of proportion.

He's a BIGLAW equity partner, but I haven't noticed any of his partners being at all like that. They seem to me to be the usual semi-lumpy guys in expensive suits.

Let's hope that is the case and it is not to be made fun of. People taking care of themselves is not a joke.

To answer OP -- Jacked is a bit much but are UMC men largely getting more in shape, losing weight, working out --- yes by a far margin. They are taking medical advice and getting healthy. It is one of the reasons that male life expectancy is wealth specific. UMC males almost equal women in terms of life expectancy while lower income men are 10 years behind.

That's not fair! I think we need to force UMC men to eat unhealthy diets and restrict their access to gyms and doctors.

I live and work in solidly UMClandia. The American UMC is remarkably healthy and fit. Doesn't mean being jacked but people do take care of themselves or try to. The contrast with everyday America is startling when I venture to big box stores or airports.

Check out Dollar General and the bus station if you really want to compare down market. It's rough out there.

Pop into any Bojangles to see what older men and women that don’t work out look like. Eat better. Train better.

Plus they all were wearing tight skinny pants with fitted untucked shirts. I'm glad I'm not single.

Eeewww, ick! I wonder why anyone would think that was attractive.

I know! Probably none of them even had a nose ring! Ew.

What are the circadian rhythm and sleep maxxing and special mattresses?
Those might be good in the wider sense of healthy living. The rest sounds real BS.

i am 42M UMC. I don't have abs because I drink but lifting 3-4x a week, being annoyingly strict with carbs (I pass on pizza at kids' parties and other similar gatherings; yes, I do notice the eye-rolls) and I am probably what most would consider "jacked". Bench 250. I don't take anything other than protein (only after especially heavy lifts) and amino acids.

You're not jacked if your 1RM is 250. I'm 5'8" 165, 45M and even I bench 250. I always eat the pizza, but I hardly ever drink. Your drinking is killing your gains, not just your abs.

Both of you are killing my lady-boner. STFU about your stupid diets and lifts.
