Caught a Lyft Driver Pissing In My Yard

To OP, I think you have a legit gripe. If Lyft driver wasn’t trapped in traffic, I’m sure he could have found somewhere a little more private than your front yard.

Maybe he had been stuck in traffic but didn’t want to further delay the meal delivery or do what the 30 year old woman did so he waited until he thought no one was looking.

Restaurant, store, mall, gas station. Park bathroom. It is pretty easy to find a public restroom to use. And this is a Lyft driver which means a person who picks thier own schedule. It’s not like you can argue that thier mgt is tracking them and pressuring the to not take breaks.

While I disapprove of peeing on people’s lawns, the bolded actually isn’t true. Unless you’re willing to spend money there are very few establishments where you can just use the facilities. It’s a serious issue in urban areas.

Meaningless. Look counselor, you are certainly aware Marijuana is illegal in all 50 states plus DC. Possession of Marijuana for any purpose is a federal criminal offense under the CSA; that legal fact is indisputable.

It’s also a fact no one will enforce clear-cut federal law where states pretend they ever had the authority to “legalize” pot.
