And I confronted him and he yelled "SO WHAT A&&HOLE!!!!" and ran off. I have a picture of him, his car, and his license plate but I cant seem to be able to report him unless I open an account with Lyft. My daughter was with me and she saw his junk when he turned around so he also technically exposed himslef to a minor. I'm thinking about calling FCPD.

Guys think they can pee anywhere.
In the historical past they could. In Venice, the corners of old buildings had special masonry features so pee would splash back on the peeer as a deterrent. Try calling the police. But they probably won't do anything about it. |

Maybe 7 or 8 years ago I was staying with my wife at her parents in Mclean by Georgetown Pike and their maid was robbed walking along 123 at 6 am. Because the guy also yanked a chain off her neck it was considered violent and the response was insane- like within 7 minutes there was a helicopter and 6 squad cars squaring the area. They caught him. His DNA linked him to a sex assault in Lorton a couple years earlier. He's been locked up since. |

Yes, you get him for what you can. He was rude. If he'd peed discreetly, reclothed himself correctly, and apologized, I would have let it pass. People need to pee! But he didn't, and he exposed himself. Police and Lyft should be notified. |

| Jesus don't most men who drive that much travel with a piss bottle these days? Inexcusable to bother getting out to piss especially where there are potentially kids. I'd open an account just to report it or have a friend do so. I don't know any non geriatric adults who don't have Lyft accounts. |

This. Nobody cares anymore about stuff like this. We're in MoCo and there is a spot around the corner from us where guys stop to pee all the time. The garage at the Gaithersburg Costco smells like pee all the time. It's just how things are now. Police will never get there in time because the guy will be done peeing by the time they do and Lyft does not care at all. |

A guy who lets his junk show openly with a kid present (which is what happened--he exposed himself to the OP's kid) is also a guy who might just be one of those criminals you're so worried about. See why OP needs to report him for indecent exposure? The leak was bad enough, but what will really concern the police is the exposure. Does this now meet your oh so high standards for concern? |
