This. Nobody cares anymore about stuff like this. We're in MoCo and there is a spot around the corner from us where guys stop to pee all the time. The garage at the Gaithersburg Costco smells like pee all the time. It's just how things are now. Police will never get there in time because the guy will be done peeing by the time they do and Lyft does not care at all.

Reading fail on your part. OP's child saw the guy's exposed genitals. He's now guilty of indecent exposure. That's a crime the cops definitely will care about.

“Indecent exposure” in MD has a specific legal meaning in MD and requires more than someone seeing the alleged offender’s privy parts.

“Public urination” is a misdemeanor typically punishable only by a fine, and ordinarily would have to be witnessed by the police for a citation.

Restaurant, store, mall, gas station. Park bathroom. It is pretty easy to find a public restroom to use. And this is a Lyft driver which means a person who picks thier own schedule. It’s not like you can argue that thier mgt is tracking them and pressuring the to not take breaks.
