It’s interesting that you don’t count yourself as a “victim” of exposure to a glimpse of his penis, but ONLY your daughter.

Once in the worst ever traffic in downtown DC I saw a 30 something woman get out of her car in the middle of traffic, lift her skirt, squat and relieve herself in the middle of the street. I watched the first part of it, because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Once I realized what she was doing, I turned away. I guess she had to go!!

To OP, I think you have a legit gripe. If Lyft driver wasn’t trapped in traffic, I’m sure he could have found somewhere a little more private than your front yard.
