PSA on how and when not to use your normal body parts:

Man with his normal body parts enters victim's front yard, where he was not invited (misdemeanor trespass), intending to and actually committing public urination (in most places, a class C misdemeanor), which means now he has committed criminal trespass, and then with reckless disregard, knowingly exposes his normal body parts, specifically his penis, to a woman and child (indecent exposure).

So yes, he committed three crimes because of where, when and how he chose to pee.

Meaningless.  Look counselor, you are certainly aware Marijuana is illegal in all 50 states plus DC.  Possession of Marijuana for any purpose is a federal criminal offense under the CSA; that legal fact is indisputable.

It’s also a fact no one will enforce clear-cut federal law where states pretend they ever had the authority to “legalize” pot.
