He can’t be charged with anything that’ll stick so Police won’t care. He was facing away from OP but she startled him and that’s when he turned around. He didn’t intentionally show his junk. There has to be intent to be charged with something.
Not trespassing either unless OP had visible trespass signs already posted which is unlikely.
