If what we have seen of her execution since the end of June represents her executive abilities, then I don't care if she is a nasty boss. She is getting it done.

She's running v Donald Duck and it's been like a month. She's not done anything except be the candidate on ballot. Are you kidding? They gave her x number of VP candidates. She's not an idiot choosing out of that shortlist. Calling people doesn't make you awesome. I call clients all day and make them work with me and my firm. It's kinda my job I'm not a rockstar for doing that unfortunately. I'm not saying she's been a disaster but you know, she's mot actually been tested. She may not actually get tested till she's in office. Talk to me when she has an actual conflict to resolve or a crisis policy decision or difficult decision on the foreign policy front to make impacting relationships with allies. Let's withhold judgement shall we? Until then all we have is her record of people quitting on her and sons not great historical decisions. Is she better than Donald Duck? Harris, unlike Donald, got to where she is without her family having any money. She's been a DA and AG of the most populous state in the country. Do people seriously think she doesn't know how to give a speech or interviews?

I’m sure Harris is a perfectly reasonable boss. But at the end of the day, she needs her team to get things done the way she wants.

89% of her staff quit her.

There was a key person who left and took "her" people with her to her new job. And at the end of the day, Harris is better for it.

She got stuff done in Guatamala, which is a direct contributor to the reduction in migrant crossings in the Southern border.
Walz was not on anyone's short list, and he has been fantastic and is a better representative than the "odds on favorites" if Shapiro or Kelly.
She is the Vice President. People don't just fall into that role; well maybe Quayle, but otherwise, no, not really.
