Wife behaves like a child during arguments and throws things. Call the cops?

I would tape counseling too as a lot of admissions happen there.

This person sued his wife’s attorneys in Virginia for wiretapping :

Marsh v. Curran (VLW 019-3-030). They settled out of court.

It is legal in Virginia but there is a bill pending

Some personality disorders cause people to age regress during stress. Has she seen a psychiatrist?

Also, just get a divorce. She’s abusive

We cannot have any disagreements whatsoever without my wife turning into a screaming 8 year old toddler who throws things both at walls and at me. Isn’t this unacceptable? Really thinking about calling the cops next time she has a toddler tantrum. I do t think she’d last a single night in jail and it’d set her straight. How risky is this for a man to protect himself using the law?

Yes it is unacceptable behavior. But I wouldn't call the cops on her; I'd leave the relationship. It's abusive. And jail isn't going to "set her straight."

There is a chance that events may not happen as he expects them to happen. If he video tapes than at least he can show it to a lawyer, who can help him prove his case. There are a number of family lawyers who can help with this.

What case? His divorce case? He doesn’t need to prove anything. He leaves with half. No one will care that she throws things in arguments in the same way male abusers still get the kids half the time. A lawyer will happily take your money for their time watching your cute home movie but it’s unlikely to impact the outcome. Just. Leave.

contact a lawyer who specializes in video taping and how to set it up in the home.

A spouse can take more than half. In virginia if you prove or at least argue abuse you can ask for 70 percent of all of the joint assets to go to you. Sometimes the judges don’t go for it, but you can ask your lawyer to use it to negotiate.

That is where the tapes come in handy. It strikes fear into your spouse who you want to evict. You’ll see how that screamer turns into a scared animal once she is faced with the evidence you have gathered on her.

Why do you need to videotape? Just divorce.

Iphone audio/ voice memo. My ex used it on me. Watch when your partner goes quiet or act unexpectedly during arguments or changes his fighting style.

I heard all the tapes during the divorce filings. He was barely whispering when I was yelling. Now can laugh about it. He is a lawyer. It happens, folks.

Wow, this is really sick. Really sick.

California was the first state to implement no-fault divorce laws in 1970 to deter shenanigans.

A friend of mine did that. He took his phone, called the cops and also recorded what was going on. The cops asked her to calm down or they would take her away. She was stunned the cops were on her husband’s side.

What happened? Did he get a personal protective order his against his wife? My friend got a one and then she got one against him at the same hearing.

It sounded like she calmed down so it was a good call!

Some people like to record their ghetto fights.
