I wouldn’t. If the airline is showing it it’s fair game. I may fast forward but I’m watching what I want. Sorry if you deem it in appropriate. That’s your problem
Mom of 3.
Well yeah, I would be considerate in that situation and you would not. We all make our own choices.
Do you expect everyone on the plane to watch Toy Story in case a kid looks up from their Nintendo?
Yes. I oppose watching nudity or graphic violence on airplanes so everybody much watch only animated films. Thank you for articulating my opinion so clearly.
So you don't think we should all just watch Toy Story. There aren't a lot of non-animated films that don't have some amount of violence and/or nudity (though less nudity these days). What is your acceptable level? Are Marvel movies too violent for your delicate sensibilities? How about John Wick?
What if the woman is breastfeeding in a scene and you can see everything - is that ok, it's just early 2000s-style HBO nudity that's unacceptable?
Please list off some movies that you would find acceptable for an adult to watch on an airplane.
How about you go in the other direction? Sopranos is okay, right? What about everything in White Lotus? Game of Thrones? Texas Chainsaw Massacre? Straight-up p***?
I imagine we both think that not everything is okay to be consumed publicly. If you really wanted to watch Texas Chainsaw Massacre on an airplane but you know there is a 7-year old behind you who could see it, I do hope you'd just decide to hold off.
Personally I am pro-breastfeeding in public so we can get ride of the idea that breasts in any context are sexual, but that's neither here no there.
