I know it's silly but I've always been a big fan of hers. She seemed like a nice, normal person who just happened to be so pretty that she caught the eye of a prince. She also didn't seem that into the job, like she married him because she loves him not because she wants to be queen that badly.

This news that she didn't stand up for Meghan, that she didn't issue a correction of what really happened with Meghan at the dress fitting, that she is married to a racist who questions the skin color of his nephew, etc.

It's really disappointing. I feel like I can't be a fan anymore.

I noticed this. I now have a dislike for her because of it. She should have done more. Vocally

She wouldn't even have had to say anything or speak to the press. She could have just gone out to lunch with Meghan somewhere they'd be seen right after the news broke. It would have sent a message that the story was a nonissue.

Like the tennis game they went to together and Kate was very friendly to her?

I thought that was before the wedding incident.

Nope, the wedding incident happened in 2018 (when Kate was a week postpartum). Tennis once once that summer and once the next summer.

Do you think Megan asked Kate how she was, lol?

DP but probably? I ask people how they are feeling or adjusting when they've had a big change. I think most people do.

Chris Ship says it was Princess Anne.

Their kids only go to the most elite private schools which are not diverse in any sense of word - racially, economically, or religiously. They mostly interact on a day-to-day basis with servants or courtiers who are actual members of noble families themselves - I mean if you want your mind blown look up the Queen's Racing Manager's 'house' - Lord 'Porchie'. They watch TV but that's not experiencing life.

In conclusion I can totally see how William grew up to be a racist in the 21st Century.

Yep. It's William.

It was pretty obvious. Did Meghan mention him by name at all during the interview? It’s pretty clear she doesn’t like him.

Someone who exists in Meghan’s imagination.

This is hearsay. Did Harry confirm that? Did he actually say that?

Harry confirmed this in the interview

BUT HEARSAY. I OBJECT.

Truly. Why do people even believe this? The whole interview is set up to generate attention and publicity. I don't understand why this is worth anyone's attention and why anyone would believe at anything that couple says.

That said, do I believe she suffered while under their thumb? Yes.
I'm happy they can live in peace, but please, stop putting your selves out there. Please take your family and live in peace on your compound. Enjoy your freedom, live with gratitude.

Why do yall white women think every girl and woman was obsessed with Princess Di. Please take this kindly, we were not. Weird. The only reason I watched Meghan's wedding was because of Doria and I wanted to see if the firm integrated, if barely. I did not follow her again until she left for Canada and I started reading about all the hate she received. When I spoke to a cousin in London, she briefed me about British media and the hate she had received. It seems like DCUM is no different than the British tabloids. Full of hate, lies and innuendos.

We aren't talking about you. I was also not obsessed. But we think Meghan was.

I don't think most Americans get British humour, particularly that of older generations where racist stereotypes were seen as harmless good fun even if said without malice.

Harry is the one who perceived it as offensive. Meghan only heard it second hand.

Or be related it nonchalantly and she took it and ran with it.

Harry essentially confirmed it. It was bad enough that he wouldn't even describe the conversation to Oprah.

Or it wasn’t as dramatic.

Will. Oprah inexplicably mentioned him while asking Harry about the skin color conversation.

Anonymous wrote:Why all the whining about the British press? Are the tabloids there any worse than ours here? I’ve seen tons of negative press about her here.

YES. The British press is a thousand times worse. They are relentless.

Why would you believe the palace instead?

I don't understand this like, 'everyone should just stop paying attention to them'. I'm sure you have interests or things that interest you, everyone does. This interests people, totally fine that it does not interest you.

Think Perez Hilton circa 2005 with slightly fewer penis cartoons.

I want to mention that Prince Edward's kids don't have royal titles, though they qualify for titles by the letters patent.
Meghan and Harry probably are better off out of the firm. I am sure it was not a sudden move for them
Meghan is disingenuous about seeking help with her suicidal feelings through Human Resources. That doesn't compute at all[/quote]

When people wonder why people with mental illness or suicidal tendencies suffer in silence, it's because of people like PP.

She must have an active imagination indeed for it to extend to Harry. Remarkable how they both imagined these conversations several times.
