People were talking about Diana and security in the last thread, she declined it. Not sure it’s fair to blame the firm for that. |
I disagree. He'll see first and foremost what his father did to protect his mother and their children. Harry and Meghan were both pretty circumspect about the worst things. If they'd really wanted to dish on the BRF, so they could have said so much more. |
They are running out of money and Charles will run it into the ground with his tramp. |
What BRF needs is a culture change. Just like work culture needs to be shaken up... their mistake for so long was a lack of love. The queen chose that path because she has been afraid or maybe is unable to feel. The pressure she has carries since a child may have left her cold. My mom is like this, the oldest of many many children. She doesn’t share emotion, except anger. She never apologizes or talks about feelings.
You can’t change someone like that whose trauma is so old. But if William has any heart he and Kate will change the culture. Last, they need to clear house on a lot of staff; however that comes with risks. ... |
I think she came across badly when she said she had done no research on TRF, British history of TRF, or the British press. It came across as being disinterested about the whole thing and then complaining when it doesn't turn out to be just like "being a celebrity" in the U.S. Like, why wouldn't she watch the Princess Diana interviews, at least? |
It's very easy to take a conversation about a future baby's skin color and turn into "concern". I mean why would you be concerned about something you have no power to influence? |
I thought she should know that yes you curtsy to the queen and that you give up a lot of personal freedoms, absolutely. |
And if she never married Charles, she wouldn’t have been chased by paparazzi. Most people understand that, if you let yourself be driven by a drunk driver and choose not to wear a seatbelt, you could die. Sadly, that fact of life applies to everyone, even beautiful princesses. |
But the real question is will they teach their fourth baby to be as racist as they are? Only time will tell... |
Harry seems to be in depression. Facial and body language tells all. I'll repeat that if anyone seems to have potential for suicide, it's him. Predict he will have a breakdown of significant proportion with tragic results.
His mother's death, his toxic family history has been the foundation, and now coupled with his wife telling the world how much pain her marriage to him has caused her, and indirectly their son, probably is overwhelming him with guilt. He should be the one on suicide watch. |
Yes, she accepted the title without knowing or accepting what the job would entail? I feel for her on many levels but find it unbelievable that she could have done NO research before going into this, as she claimed. |
What will happen to Charlotte and Louis? Will they also be streamlined out of the Royal family? |
She also talked in the interview about how no one tried to prep or train her on anything and she would stay up all night learning anthems and songs and the right way to do things and the right way to say things to try to make them proud. |
One of the biggest questions coming out of this interview is whether it was Charles or William who expressed concern about Archie's skin color. I'm curious to see how they react/defend themselves. Really curious to see if staff loyal to one or the other will leak to the press in defense of their person. IOW, will we see some kind of jockeying between the two houses to not get pegged with the single most damaging revelation of the interview. (Meghan said revealing the identity would be very damaging, so I think that pretty much limits the possibilities to Charles or William, as no one would be surprised if Phillip said it.) |
They can't. Royal babies cost too much money. There were already questions when they had a 3rd. Take a look at all the other royals - the Queen's children only have 2 a piece and the Queen's grandchildren only have 2 a piece (except Kate). You think that's a coincidence? Some magical combination of infertility and only liking two kids that affected 12 different couples? |
