The point of a virus is that it’s invisible. You’re not going to see riots in the street or plague camps. What you need to worry about is contact with someone you don’t even know is carrying Coronavirus and then getting sick when you return or worse - before you leave. |

The man died at Milton Keynes Hospital after he was admitted on March 3 with suspected pneumonia having recently returned from a Caribbean cruise where he had visited several countries. His cause of death is believed to be asphyxiation after he took off his oxygen mask. " |

Grandma has pulled out of the trip. Won't be able to fly and go to the bday for her 3 year old grandson - she's very sad. C'est la vie. Airlines DGAF - they aren't waiving change fees for flights already booked, but will do so for flights being booked now (ie and flown in the future). Basically no one is traveling, their cash flow is drying up, and need to incentivize sales. Customers with existing bookings are getting a raw deal. |
DH works at a hospital and a memo was just sent out for employees not to attend conferences for the next 60 days. Who eats all these costs??? I guess the attendees. |
