Won't be able to fly and go to the bday for her 3 year old grandson - she's very sad. C'est la vie. Airlines DGAF - they aren't waiving change fees for flights already booked, but will do so for flights being booked now (ie and flown in the future). Basically no one is traveling, their cash flow is drying up, and need to incentivize sales. Customers with existing bookings are getting a raw deal. [/quote]
