It was a dirty hit and it was late when the game was somewhat in doubt. I doubt the Bullis player meant any harm in it as it was in the heat of the moment. There were also some cheap shots during the Gonzaga game.

Regardless, the dirty play demonstrated by Bullis, is a refection of their head coach.

he was cheap shotted at the very end of bullis game and that injured him

Saw the goalie get nailed at the end. Totally unnecessary but not surprising

That is truly appalling. Offensive Player who did that should be removed from the team.

I am not parent for either school but have kids who play lacrosse. That kind of behavior - hurting another player intentionally - should mean the END of a kid playing lacrosse (but applies to any sport) for the season. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

I agree. To needlessly risk a concussion is beyond bad sportsmanship. It can alter a kid's well being on many levels. Two concussions and you're out of contact sports. I've observed this happening to a kid my son played with in middle school. It is just awful that his youth sports enjoyment was cut short by it.

NCAA issued more guidance today, specifically noting that club coaches cannot be used as a workaround. This will put a huge dent in the pocketbooks of certain unnamed club team owners who have preyed on families with exhorbitant fees for clubs and camps and showcases, after stirring up a frenzy of early recruitment.

What fee will Madlax charge now for the additional recruiting services for pre-teens?

Will the High School coaches be able to work with college coaches? Or are the club coaches prohibited? or both?

Landon with another big win despite sloppy play. Close game with Cardinal Gibbons out of NC. Last night's win over St Ignatious, the best team in the west looks even better given that St I beat Garden City on the Island tonight.

They will have their stuff together for STA. They were exhausted today after playing the most athletic team in the country (st ignatius) just yesterday

Yeah well Cardinal Gibbons had a 7pm game last night against a pretty good team in Potomac.

Looking at the travel schedule of St Ignatius I was surprised by how extensive it is - DC, NY, TX, IL.

How do those boys keep up with academics? Or is it basically an IMG academy sports factory setup?

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses- Landon boys were tired last night. Oh my ! Cardinal Gibbons traveled 8 hours the day before they played a 7 PM game and then played the next day.

The Bears will beat St Albans on Friday. Landon has proven all those rankings and accolades are well deserved. But those St Albans dawgs will put up a fight. They are feisty this year.

Cardinal Gibbins and Saint Ignatius are Catholic schools. They are on Easter Break this week.

They are very far from even being considered in the same sentence as IMG Acadeny.
