Seriously? That pic of her coming down stairs tells a verrrry different story - her tummy is jammed up against her big ol' bosom. All those layers are doing her any favors.

And check out the bottom of Trump's shoe - worn down at the toe? Not the heel? Weird.

That is weird, and I think it is only caused by one of two things. First is someone who wears their shoes forever, but gets the heel part replaced (which is really easy) when it starts to wear. Possible, but doubtful -- Trump strikes me as the type that probably owns 10 of the same shoe., or just orders the same shoe over and over again from the same company. The second, more likely explanation, is that he jams or kicks his feet as a nervous habit. My kid does this and his shoes are always worn at the front. I think that's consistent with my general understanding of Trump, which is that he is astoundingly child-like in many of his behaviors (e.g., restrictive eating, inappropriate use of screens, poor anger management and thin skin generally, etc.). I guess a third possiblity is that it might be caused by a shuffling gait, like people get with adult onset hydrocephalus or after a stroke. I wonder if someone here with a relative that shuffles could provide insight into what their shoes look like.

I don't believe he has the energy for a nervous tick of that nature. Just look him standing at a lectern, he shifts all his weight forward. Whatever bad posture makes that necessary, is bound to cause a wear pattern on his shoes. Even if the heels are replaced regularly, the way the toe is worn down is peculiar.

Could also be caused by lifts in the heel of the shoe.

The right foot! That is the one he drags around. No wonder he has worn out the sole.

Face looks different, again.

Were pants those calf length things again?

Ivanka looks like she raided Hillary's closet again! Well, and then decided to hem the pants on her own to make it "fashion forward." But tell me that suit doesn't look like something Hillary would totally wear. Those lapels! The buttons!

She has debuted so many new faces in the last year that I’m pretty well convinced she’s do-it-yourselfing her own witness protection program.

Her hair has grown very quickly, hasn’t it? Wasn’t it just in a short bob?

She totally looks like a Replicant in this photo.

She looks very mannish here. Not liking the look, and I think she's generally an attractive woman.

Hadn’t seen those, yeah dragging the right toe in arc would cause that wear pattern.

And, is she wearing spats? Could she be more of a cartoon?

Yep, they're cropped, and cuffed, but can't find a full length pic of her standing:

We saw a lot of this at the Golden Globes where the combination of the trend of heavy contouring and a face where someone has had a lot of work done (fillers, etc.) creates some scary sharp facial angles.

Holy sht that's a weird photo. It looks like she's wearing a bird mask over her face.

I have to admit that I thought y'all were reaching with the shoe wear stuff at first, even though I've never had to replace the front part of a shoe sole, just the heel. I see it now because of this video. How strange!

This is what I was wondering.

I know stylists take photos to double check clients before sending them to red carpets. Maybe Ivanka should do the same and knock off the "stage" makeup.

I suspect she has extensions.

Expect it to get worse and more clownish, honestly. Someone keeps reporting my non-political observations as to why I believe the trump women look as they do as political comments, but: I think as they move ever closer to a siege mentality as various events occur and as their distance from measurable reality grows, I think she’s approaching makeup less as makeup, more as armor or war paint. I think, similarly, that her clothes aren’t clothing but her war costume or jester’s suit. Which I’m sure someone is going to say I’m insane for thinking, but think how her clothes are tending toward silly and outlandish, aping something. - Stephanie.
