What did Munsey even do? A DWI? That's literally a drop in the bucket compared to the plethora of accusations against Biedleman
Normal people moved on frome race ages ago but equity-obsessed progressives moved it front and center in order to justify racially discriminatory policies. So when a Supreme Court Justice is chosen because she is 1. Black 2. A Woman 3. A Democrat 4. Qualified, you can't act surprised when people question her qualifications. When a school district hires a super because she is 1. Black 2. A Woman 3. Qualified, you can't act surprised when people question her qualifications.

Oh I am surprised when white people that are way under qualified are put in high ranking positions because they are just that… white and their fathers fathers were at the poker table every weekend with their secretary under the table. No one is buying that race isn’t playing a factor in this witch hunt.

And what is the report going to do? So people can speculate who is saying and what? So the community can spew lies and humiliate people. This is a country of misery loves company. Let mcps take the course it needs to take and let it be. It’s like watching a lynching. This is the same as the slave masters putting the slave on a block while all of you watch him get lynched. STOP IT

Most of these posters are foaming at the mouth over this simply because they hate the idea of an AA woman super. It's hard to take seriously since this happened years before she was in even super.

Agree McKnight wasn't even super when this harassment went on. These people need to move on.

It went on during the tenure of three supers, including McKnight.

This went on before McKnight was super, but nice try...

You keep telling these lies and we keep pointing out that they're lies and you keep repeating. Repeating the lies doesn't make them true.

THROUGHOUT Joel's tenure, Monifa was deputy superintendent, acting superintendent and then superintendent, WHEN SHE PROMOTED HIM.

Her hands are not clean in anyway. She was in the chain of command when this was happening and she had the final say in his promotion.

Judge Brown Jackson: DC Circuit Court Judge; US District Court Judge; Vice-Chair of the US Sentencing Commission; former public defender; SCOTUS clerk

Judge Coney Barrett: US Court of Appeals; SCOTUS clerk; law professor

One of these people is actually more qualified than the other, but tell me more about how unqualified Black women are promoted.

To tie this back to the discussion at hand, I actually do believe Beidelman benefited from being a Black man in education. But that's not about race, it's about gender. Men in education absolutely benefit from a "glass escalator" out of the classroom and into administration.

And the continued use of the term witch hunt means he is someone who sees no problem with sexual harassment.

Yeah "witch hunt" here is down right laughable.

It went on both before AND while McKnight was super.

Hopefully the investigation will lead to changes that prevent principals from abusing their power, whether they’re White, Black, male or female. The people I know who have personally dealt with this sort of thing to varying degrees all chose to quit rather than take on the MCPS machinery. I get it now.

I don't know. DCUM has a long history of hating on supers. Or at least until they've been gone a decade or so and we see them through our rose-colored shades.

+1 two previous Supes were old white males, and they got plenty of hate.

+2. Jack Smith was much worse than McKnight.

Not to mention, the hate was so bad that Dr. Starr got pushed out. So yeah, the job has always been a politically challenging and fraught one, and white males got it just as bad as Monifa.

So this whole excuse that we're picking on her because she's a black woman is utter nonsense.

So if this isn't a witch hunt then why are you going after McKnight since she wasn't even super when all this happened?
