Don’t know why she asked to stay in the home until August 31. You would think she would want to move earlier to get the kids situated in their new home with her before the new school year begins. To me nothing Christine does makes sense.

Delay tactic. Once school started she could claim they should stay through the school year to be less disruptive.

Ah..! If she knew she wanted to delay moving out the house and use the kids for delay tactics she should have filed for divorce end of July.

She legitimately thought by trying to overturn the prenup, he would just start throwing money at her. She calculated wrong here.

Why did she file at all. He seemed fine with the status quo.

Every time I read she has to be out of his house and can’t take anything out I have to remind myself that they were married almost 20 years and she basically has nothing. She gets no sort of property split because he made sure nothing was bought. He is even mad she got a car and didn’t lease. What a controlling person. When you are married you are supposed to be a team. It is amazing. I can understand protecting income before you are married but after there should be something more equitable for income after.. It was like she was some sort of hired employee. Well she is actually living in an employees house now. He is horrible. I will never watch a Costner movie again.

This, except, to be honest, I've thought Costner movies were usually dumb since the '90s.

I have never watched a Costner movie after suffering through “The Postman”.

It is unusual to prevent your spouse from owning any significant assets since your marriage began. I know wealthy guys on their second marriage and they always put their wives on the title of their primary home.

His range is quite limited but he does the strong silent type well.
