He has long had a very bad reputation in the film industry for philandering. He would basically shag any woman who presented herself to him, costume assistants, hair and make up, gaffers, extras, everyone. This all happened WAY before the me-too movement and he never went after anyone in a predatorial way, he just never said "no".

Why his first wife divorced him. He complained for many years that HE had to pay her too much, lol. No she took her portion of their assets which was 50% since they married before they made a lot of money. His idea is the man keeps most in a divorce.

First wife got a huge settlement and that's why he had such a restrictive prenup for his second marriage. As I recall, his second wife gave him an ultimatum after they'd dated a while that she wanted to have kids or move on. He agreed but got the prenup.

His first wife opened a restaurant in Newport Beach after the divorce. It was called Three Palms or something with palms in the name. It was popular but it's closed now. She got tens of millions if I recall correctly.

The prenup was upheld in the 2nd divorce - the 2023 one. She got $1.5mil plus mortagage payments for up to a year on a house not more than $1 mil in value. She also got around $6k per month for the kids. She had asked for $165k / month.

It was sertler and it was sealed so who knows what happened. Just saying prenuo was upheld doesn’t mean a lot. He was leaking bad press and wanted it to stop. He also didn’t want her to write a book or appear in Housewives show. My guess is she didn’t get what she wanted but more than he wanted to give.
