I think handbag designer = decorator=designer. Basically a hobby that she thinks she is monetizing.

No way. Rich people should get a special judge to waste taxpayer resources monitoring child support? If they have a problem they can hire a mediator on their own dime. But besides all that there’s no legal requirement for accounting in how CS is spent (assuming kids aren’t undernourished and neglected) so what would the court system actually be doing other than making random judgment calls?

No way - this is why he probably has an issue paying all that support as it's not for the kids and for her. They absolutely should make it a legal requirement over $1K per child to document expenses.

Clearly you are not familiar with case law on prenups. They are recognized and enforced in all 50 states.

Since Posner vs Posner public policy supports the enforcement of prenups. Courts view them as not contrary to public policy.

Christine has moved out of the main house and into another smaller home on the same street and still on Costner's property. It looks like a smaller house built on an empty lot. She also has a number of storage containers on the lot.

She is contesting the prenup so she can't spend any of the 1.5 million he gave her to move. I wonder how this arrangement came to be that she will still be in a home on his property, just not in the main house.

Probably part of the divorce negotiation. If they could agree for her to live there until the last child turns 18/goes to college that keeps the kids close, same school/friends, and then Christine can move out of CA to wherever she wants.

I wonder if she is moving into that. Seems the photogs saw the moving trucks going to and from these sheds and storage containers and the main house but I don't know if they saw any signs of her moving into this house.
