Initially I felt bad for him but his divorce terms are clearly unfair. I get the prenup but at some point the prenup becomes unfair. His wife should be able to
raise the kids in comfort. I think it is crazy she doesn’t at least get the appreciation on properties that she has lived in. He seems controlling-sad that after 20 years of marriage she has almost nothing to show for it.

Are you serious?! I think $20,000 a month is sufficient. Plus he’s paying for all school tuition, medical costs and extracurriculars.

Whatever money he’s made in the last 20 years she is entitled to half of it. Also any property acquired.

And vice Vera’s, he’s entitled to half her earnings and property.

Not with a prenup in place she’s not. That’s the point of having one.

Sounds like she’s gunning for the same deal that Kelly Clarkson’s husband tried. And look where that got him. The prenup for Costner will be upheld.

Really hard to feel sorry for someone getting $1m plus $58k/month, however I think after 20 years her housing allocation should be upped. $1m for a house is impossible in that area now, and the kids should have a roughly equivalent home with each parent.
