The divorce case was sealed because she got her portion as should be. After being ordered to stop defaming her to the press the case was sealed. KC's pre-nup did not work except he was able to keep his homes though he probably had to pay out a portion to her along with his retirement from the actor's union etc. It was a marriage of control. He didn't allow them to buy their own home, instead she had to live in HIS home. During the onset of the divorce he was upset claiming she removed pots and pans to set up her new home. That alone tells you ALL you need to know about this man.
