Is everybody really sure that is a coat? Maybe it is just a heavy dress...

Of course it’s a condom coat—one use and it’s done.

Maybe flotus should makes use of her hundreds of coats by donating them:

Let’s keep refugees warm this winter.

This one is a coat, she’s wearing a white dress under (visible when seated). It’s straight sided, and designed more for an open front look. Cinching will look like a mess on anyone without a slight frame.

100%. A few years ago I realized I was doing this unconsciously at my in laws house. She is telegraphing that she’s ready to bolt.

Yup. If she wears a coat all the time, she doesn't need to stuff one into her go bag.

And the lining is filled with gold and jewels.

Melania looking so much like Caitlin Jenner, it's uncanny. Maybe they have the same surgeon?

When a guest/visitor wears a dress to the White House, but the First Lady in residence is in her coat. Outdoor, yet again. And you think she is naked underneath it. And she looks like a whale even though she is slim! Either escape or put regular clothes on! I either think she is fleeing or a naked something.....underneath.

Kept it on inside as well. Because, of course she did.

Why are there two scary, deep black holes where her eyes should be?

Oh, I like it in this picture, although I think I would like it even better with slacks instead of the long skirt. The belt just ruins the look on it.
The coat indoors thing is the one thing that I'm sympathetic to MT on .... I'm sitting here freezing myself. I often "forget" to take my coat off when I come inside, and it's really the only way I'm comfortable in a regular office/home environment. I know most people get pre-menopausal hot flashes, but it seems I get only cold flashes. I'm going to have to move to Florida early for retirement, I guess.

Coordinating with State Dept. spokesperson?

is she moonlighting as the lead waiter at a wedding?

I believe I see traces of Russian stripper (non-work days) and pageant toddler (the later years).

I am a little worried about the top half of her face

I am always freezing too, and sometimes don’t even take my coat off when I eat dinner or a snack after getting home from work. I’ll end up puttering around for 20 minutes before taking it off.
