The cape is beautiful, but the matching top and pants in the blue color kind of looks like scrubs. Would ditch the bow, the cape is a lot of look and doesn't need more ornamentation.

The cape is gorgeous -- I wonder if it was a present from the host country maybe? The shirt is totally fighting with it and spoils it a bit. I suppose there's a chance she didn't know she'd be getting the cape and couldn't dress around it.

The pink/black thing is just...hard to wear. The color-blocking hits right on the waist and wearing it with black pants (and what else would you wear it with?) just makes the bottom blend into the pants. I actually link pink and black together (sort of), but this is just hard. I agree a black cami under it would be better.
