I’m trying to figure out what she should have done here. Obviously skip the pink. But also she’s got a black button down under the blazer, and that’s almost never the solution for a women’s suit. Of course McQueen and all the retailers, helpfully show this jacket worn with only a necklace and bare skin to the waist. Thankfully, she knew not to do that. What would work better? There’s really no coming back from the block of pink. The jacket was sold in blue/black, too. The mint version is the only one shown with a top.

She should have chosen the mint suit. The two-tone pink one is just ugly. Mint is a good color for her.

I actually kind of like the style of the pink and black suit, but it gives me early-2000’s vibes when pink and black were a hit combo. I think it would have been awesome with white on top and a black cami or shell underneath it as shown in the designer’s photo someone posted.

Ohhhh! I thought the pink jacket with a bolero. I hate it a little less now than I know the jacket goes beyond waist level, but it's still bad overall.
