Agree on all points. The dress is fashion forward, with the shoulder pads, but perfect for her. As much as Ivanka loves stark floral prints, she could not have pulled this off, much less picked it

From what I can tell Melania looks better in that dress than Queen Letizia, who always looks fabulous.

It's hard to tell, given only the one pic. But the dress is maybe a hair too long on Queen Letizia, and it makes her look slight. But there are lots of pictures of her in it, and the fit is good. It also flatters her face, and is well accessorized:
