Of course that is correct. You wrote "His blood was found at the scene, wrap your little brain around that fact. Bye." That is nowhere in the affidavit. |
Criminology is a subfield of Sociology. It looks at things like who gets imprisoned, is the system fair, what models of imprisonment are most effective (i.e. cut down on recidivism, etc). It is not about catching criminals or forensic psychiatry. I think it is interesting that he and his siblings' careers focus on pathology (they are counsellor/therapists). I wonder what that is about. |
That was posted because the person who found his writings seemed to think it showed that he was troubled long ago. It does, but so does heroin addiction at such a young age. Just saying, it is not really debatable that he was troubled. Whether or not you "care about that." |
His blood or his DNA? Not the same thing. |
And the rest of the evidence? |
What if it was someone else who was behind the wheel of the car with his phone and they planted the knife sheaf with his DNA? I agree that it is beyond unlikely but it would be possible to frame the guy if someone was really close to him and skilled. It makes me uneasy simply because so many people (over time) have been framed and then convicted for things they didn't do. I believe the evidence is overwhemingly in favor of him being at fault (like 99.99%) but I'm also glad I've never had to serve on a death penalty level case. |
At the time of the crime, the white Elantra seen in the vicinity had no license plate on the front. In Washington State and Idaho cars have to have license plates on both the front and rear. In Pennsylvania, where Kohberger's car was registered at the time of the crime, the only plates are on the rear. Yes, it's strictly circumstantial, but it narrowed down the number of cars that matched the description. |
Well add to that that it was a white hyundai elantra with no front plate which is required in washington and Idaho but is not required by the state of PA and PA is the same state where the suspect and registered driver is from; AND a white hyundai elantra missing the front plate that is caught on multiple cameras driving to and from the crime scene multiple times over the span of months and the driver's phone is pinging on cell towers going to and from the crime scene before and after the crime. That's a clear Match. |
You are likely the same person that though gabby was not murdered by her boyfriend, right? You can say with a straight face someone else drove the suspects car with his phone in it to the crime scene several times over a series of months and the suspect was clueless or even allowed it and then left his knife sheath there at the murder scene and also drove back to the scene the next day with his car and phone again? Just stop. |
What if he has a legitimate reason for driving by their house so many times before? He could have a legitimate reason for driving out on the night of the murders, too. |
Who is Gabby? |
The murdered college students lived on a cul de sac. Here is the google maps link with the address. https://www.google.com/maps/place/1122+King+Rd,+Moscow,+ID+83843/@46.7218952,-117.0131241,16.42z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x54a0279af7a49783:0x41693df5317a26ac!8m2!3d46.7218939!4d-117.0107857 |

Ok Mom you can stop now. He done it. |
I assume the poster is referring to Gabby Petito. She was the young female who was doing the "van life" thing with her boyfirend Brian Laundrie when he murdered her in 2021. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Gabby_Petito |
