Anyone Want to Do OMAD for all of September with me?

I've lost a pound. I know that's not much but I'm happy to have some movement in the right direction.

That's awesome, Pumpkin Season! It's incredible how movement in the right direction can be so motivating.

Op here and I'm okay. I wish I could be out more during the days to get my mind off of not eating, but I'm pushing though, and have made it to 4pm everyday.

Rosie, glad to hear you're doing well. We are almost half hour at through the month!

Had a bad weekend and put back the 1 kilo i lost through much effort last week. Being 49 sucks. Getting back on the wagon slowly and painfully today.
How are all of you doing?

Op here and I am definitely very hungry before my window. I am also not doing a great job at choosing healthy foods during my window. 


This is hard. I wake up every day and think about eating.


But I've also lost seven pounds in 14 days, and that feels awesome. I have a lot to lose and I normally lose very slowly, so this is--if nothing else-- very motivating.

OP again and thank you. Today I was super impatient and crabby with my kids, and I suspect it might have been because I was hungry. That sucks and I feel terrible. I'm starting to think about what my plan will be going forward on Oct. 1.

This month is halfway done. I so wish I coul get out more during the day, it would be so much easier.

Congrats to progress!! Sorry for crabbiness. I was crabby today too- but feels like trying times. Be patient with self as you adjust. I find smoothies, precut snacks to make sure I’m eating enough and helpful! Also tea and gum!


Past few days okay.
Ate ~30 mins past window last few nights. I am aiming for earlier dinner and brushing teeth soon after so less enticed by snacks.
Exercised yesterday and today. Yay!
Had one beer tonight. Yesterday, two glasses wine.

I will aim for fewer carbs as eating loads of carbs lately.

You’re starving yourself all day but still drinking? Do you know how much nutritious food you would have instead?

Ive been eating carbs again because its tough to do this without. Im hitting weekend again which is my danger spot. I seem to lose during the week pile it back on weekend.

Hi all, OP here. I haven't checked in in a couple of days, mostly because I was having not-great days, so it was easier to avoid this thread-- but the whole point is accountability, so I'm back. I know I'm eating too much during my three hour window. I want to stick with this through the end of the month, but I think ultimately it might make more sense for me to eat a filling snack earlier--maybe around 2-- and then have a light snack at 4:30 and dinner at 6..

Tomorrow I weigh in. We'll see.
