Anyone Want to Do OMAD for all of September with me?

Me too! Just started OMAD, this is day 3, and I feel much better not eating all day than when I would eat several light meals. I'm avoiding flour based products and sugar, although rice is tasting really good so have to watch that. I think I'm on the right track bc food cravings have stopped. I'm trying to only weigh myself every 3-4 days so I can't say if I've lost any weight yet.

I started OMAD bc just cutting calories and increasing activity doesn't seem to work anymore for me, although a WW style approach used to be the key for me. FWIW, 2 years ago I tried Dr Anchors method of phentimine/Prozac and lost 30 lbs. It took 2 years but slowly the weight crept back on. Could this prior weight loss have made me insulin resistant? Also I'm 50, not in menopause yet but maybe perimenopause is a factor. Love the support on this thread!
