darker coloring means people with darker hair and darker skin tone. It can be any ethnicity. Some women prefer lighter skin tone/hair, as do some men. My DH who is fair haired/skin prefers women with darker coloring.

My DH told me he absolutely does not like red heads, even though he has some red hair (and our DS has redish hair). Some men love red heads. Some men prefer blondes. Some non black men prefer black women or latina women or asian women. Some tall me prefer short women; some prefer tall women. Who are you to tell someone who they should be attracted to?

People are attracted to different things; some people like the color yellow; others like blue. Some people like gray/white kitchens; others don't (I don't).

I'm that original PP.. No, CF is not "too dark" IMO. That's the kind of coloring I am attracted to. I've never been a fan of someone like Brad Pitt. Just doesn't do it for me.

No, what's ridiculous (this is the proper spelling of that word, by the way) is to say that you're not attracted to Black men, for example. Because the only thing that all Black men have in common is being "Black". And maybe having a penis. But there's a vast array of different body types, height, hair types, and skin colors among Black men. Not to mention that each Black man is a unique individual, with his own personality, intellect, sense of humor, and sensitivity. To summarily dismiss "Black men" as a monolith to which you are not attracted is racist.
