| It's okay to be what you are. You can't control your birth origin but you can be the architect and general contractor of your life. No one, regardless of race, can control the conditions that surround them but they can control how they respond. |
Well it seems now that the flag and national anthem are only associated with white people after all the NFL protests. Not a smart move. Even after Trump, the republican party isn't "the white party", it just seems that way because the Dems have embraced identity politics, which makes the republicans "the white party" by default, however they don't really advocate white peoples interests. If they did they would be revoking birthright citizenship, ending family immigration, ending H1B visas, mandatory e-verify etc, all the stuff mainstream republicans and the chamber of commerce DON'T want to do. |
More lies from Moscow an Fox news. |
different poster, but why is that opinion incorrect? |
This is why some people say white people are clueless. Look at the list. These are all small groups and/or under represented groups in business as well as in government. DNC is trying to bring a voice to these under represented groups. White people as a whole are NOT under represented in either business or government. They are not excluding white people as a whole. They are represented in the bolded groups. And white people are not "forbidden" to have an identity. It's not against the law to display your Irish/British/Italian flag. I've seen plenty of them waving around, displayed on cars, homes... whatever. What is frowned upon by most people is being part of a group that hates non white people and/or wants to kick them out/stop them from immigrating/cleave a part of the US for only white people (ie, white nationalists). |
The bold is correct the other groups you have mentioned seek equal rights. You and your "white rights" groups seek supremqcy which they have had and still largely do. The issues is thanks to minority groups taking a stand supremacy is cracking. People like yourself are having a hard time accepting this. |
+1 Since when aren't white people not part of "rural Americans", "small business owners", "women", "veterans", "union members", "seniors and retirees", "young people"... |
Bingo. It's so rediculous to claim that diversity is a "strength." It's one greatest weakness and why we will eventually be surpassed by China. It's a source of constant racial tensions, tribal politics, and discord. |
"MOSSSCOW" he lisped!!!! |
"Totally tribal" politics= women, minorities and LGBT struggling to keep basic human rights denied by the Original Tribe of Special American Snowflakes- White Christians. This tribe does seem to be dying out. The kids just don't want to go to church. Nothing left of white American heritage except reenacting midnight lynching parties and BOGO torches I suppose. Never give up the fight to end your oppression, O White Christians
|
History shows any great power doesn't last long. It has nothing to do with multi-culturalism, and everything to do with the fact that great powers just die out because they become lax, while others continue to strive. |
You are wrong. weakness will come from adhering too tightly to a cultural identity. Insularity is not possible for stability in the long term. Should be a balance. |
So whites are only allowed to celebrate their ethnicity but not their race? By this logic, shouldn't blacks be limited to celebrating their Congo/Chad/Nigerian ancestry? |

It's crazy to claim that diversity is a "strength." It's a source of tension and weakness. It's america's greatest flaw and why China will surpass us. For many years we successfully used the melting pot approach to accept immagrwnrs, but liberals now think that's racist and want to maximize and preserve racial tensions. |
