Isn't Banderas a Spaniard?

Rihana is also part Irish.

Everyone seems to use white beauty standards for judgement, even asians.

Because of the prevalance of American media. They found that in this small pacific island, before western media invaded that island, the people were "fat" and happy. They got exposed to western media, and low and behold, people started getting eating disorders.

BTW, in Asia, light skin has *always* been a sign of beauty because it was associated with wealth, ie, if you were rich you didn't have to work the farms; same in Europe until about the 20th century when tanning meant that you could afford beach vacations. And the eye surgery in Asia? Half the east Asian population has the double eyelid naturally. Has nothing to do with looking more white. Please educate yourself before spewing your ignorance.

True but it's hard to compete with Giselle B and Heidi Klum.

I don't find either that attractive. IMO, Halle Berry is much better looking. So says my white DH. Take the makeup off and cut the hair short on Giselle, and she would look like a man.

You're totally right, thats why Asians also die their hair brown and blond. They get surgery to make noses more pointed, moving foreheads forward, reducing cheekbones and pulling prominent mouths back of course makes them look MORE asian not less.

BTW I used to live in asia too. I agree with you about skin colour, but for the other features, no I'm buying it.

You don't have to "buy" it. I got news for you... there are plenty of Asians with high forwards and pointy noses. I also have seen plenty of white women getting lip fillers and butt injections to get a bigger butt, and getting tans. Does this make them want to be more black?

When you only have models and actresses as your "role" model for "white" beauty, that's pretty telling. Again, it's the western media that pushing the definition of beauty. Most white women don't look like either of those women. Just look around where you live and tell me how many women look like either of them.

A chaque son gout! That's the point -- taste, not social justice or politics. I assume Halle makes DH's motor run; as opposed to political expression from him.

And the cheekbones and hair?

And adopting western fashion? Western makeup styles though with more asian skin tones?

White women aren't getting badonkadonks, they're adopting a more female oriented shape.

so.. maybe Asian women want more female "shape" too? Your bias and stupidty are showing.

and western fashion? I guess you are too ignorant to realize that there are successful asian fashion designers *in* Asia. Korean women for example don't buy American cosmetics. American women however seem to be buying a lot more Korean cosmetic products. Is it because they want to look more "korean"?

? Is this a joke? Asian women have much higher cheekbones than white women. I find that as white women age, their cheekbones disappear. As for the hair? So what if they want lighter hair? If a white women dyes her hair black does she want to be more asian?

this is a prank intended to stoke racial tension.

It's not even a prank. It's a recruiting tool for white supremacists. They are pretty open about their intended goal - getting mainstream whites to see themselves as victims and becoming to white supremacist policies and politicians.

Why is every other race allowed to form groups based on heir race, but if whites do it then they are "white supremacists?" For example the black congressional caucus, NAACP, La Raza, etc.

Whites are already allowed to form groups and have been doing so do years -- have you not heard about these groups? They are called the Klan, The U.S. Senate, The US House, many state legislatures, the Fortune 500, etc.

Just stop. Your comment is neither true nor appreciated.

Of to mention the Masons, secret college societies, and country clubs, even though technically they are integrated.

I know four Masons. All are black men.

NP. She kind of does! But I think tons of married couples look alike. Perhaps people are ultimately attracted to themselves.

Ebony & Ivory. Both beautiful. Both can be proud. Brothers & sisters.

Giselle had a major nose job. Her real nose was much bigger as fitted her face.
