I always tell people I'm multiracial now when they assume I'm white. It's embarrassing. I used to never think of it, but now, I don't want to be thought of as white, even though I pretty much am.

Certainly not *only* for whites. But it is becoming the preferred party for whites. Is the Democratic Party only for blacks since 100% of the Black Causus are democrats? No, but you have made it the preferred party for whites, along with a menagerie of other special interest groups.

It's not really about "rights." It's about forming tribal teams and sticking together to win elections. That's why the democrats have been pandering to blacks and others for decades without giving them any real reforms or improving their lives. It's all about getting their votes.
