We are at the point where believing Clinton is equally as unacceptable an alternative as Trump is is simply flying in the face of reality. When the guy in charge of investigating Clinton during Whitewater is coming out and endorsing her now over his own party's candidate because of her sound judgment (his words), you are exercising some serious powers of denial to throw in with Trump.

I think Clinton is not blameless here, but to me what Trump did was even worse because he is doing this shit now in 2016, and he is saying this stuff himself, in 2016, and not just participating in it twenty years ago. The idea of using a woman's sexual past to discredit the truth of her statements is much more understood as wrong today than it was in 1996.

Who said anything about "throwing in with Trump"? He is as objectionable as Hillary but what I am not willing to do is hold my nose and vote for Hillary because she has been thrust on us.

I am hoping that millions of other voters - both Republican and Democrat - will take the same position.

We understand why people are throwing away their vote in some sort of ridiculous protest (like a petulant child)...we just don't understand why they would waste their vote on a moron who has never heard of Aleppo and is incapable of naming a world leader. Please, Flowers and Lewinsky were big girls. As a feminist myself, I believe neither of them deserve to be given a pass for their own poor decisions and behavior, which had fairly obvious and known consequences. They fucked around and lost. You're refusing to vote for either of the two candidates who might actually win, choosing to see them as "equally unacceptable" and so risking with your protest vote that Trump might win. Despite the complete failure of judgment and temperament that you have seen from Trump over the last week, you think he's just as good as Clinton, and even though hundreds of security and policy and military experts have now crossed party lines to say they reject Trump and are voting for her, including the living Republican presidents.
