Do you know what Israel did to the USS Liberty? Attacked and nearly sunk it. Are we going to have a history lesson now or do you want to discuss the topic at hand?

And of course there was the Patria.

What about all the spying? I feel Israel just see us as uncle sucker!

That ship would not have been sent away if we had known what was going to happen. BTW, the ship was choosy, they did not try to go to Liberia. That is proof that they themselves had no idea what was to come. They would have chosen black Africa over a German concentration camp (I think).

Not. Israeli citizens do not have equal rights.
Let us treat Jews in the US the way that Israel treats non-Jews.
For starters, no Jewish immigration to the US, and no Jews allowed to serve in the US military.

Israeli Arabs are permitted to serve in the IDF. There is an exemption for them if they choose not to, but they are certainly allowed to. Israeli arabs have more freedom in Israel than the majority of arabs do in any other arab country.

Can you touch on the immigration issue?
Also, is it not true that if a Palestinian leaves for more than 6 months, they can not return?
Anonymous
Israel admitted they covertly invalidated the immigration status of 140,000 Palestinians and lied to them about how much time they had to return. If they were born there, why aren't they citizens with full rights?

Equal citizens? Yeah, sure. That's believable.
Anonymous
To be clear, the invalidation of immigration means those Palestinians are not allowed to return to their homeland.
Anonymous
PP here again. "Immigration" is the wrong word. I haven't had much coffee. They took their IDs and refused them reentry.

That's so sad to me. Can you imagine if that happened in the U.S.?
Anonymous
Oh, but remember this thing about law of return, the very discriminatory law that allows any Jew or partially Jewish person, the right to live in Israel. That means that my kids have the right to live there while some Palestinians born there do not.
HOW IS THAT FAIR?
BTW, we will not be taking "advantage" of any biased immigration policies. When Israel plays fair, we will visit the ancestral home.

that did happen in the US. The native americans had to suffer
and the Japanese Americans were put in internment camps. I know there are lots of civil war battlefieds that have been preserved, but I have not heard of internment camps that have been preserved. Somehow that seems a part of history nobody wants to remember.
Just think, we have a holocaust museum even though it did not happen on US soil, but there is not museum for Hiroshima or Nagasaki even though those bombs were gifts from the Americans.
At least we still have the cherry blossoms that the Japanese sent before world war 2.

Don't forget housing. There is tons of Jewish only housing. What if we went back to whites only housing?

Israel is worse that South Africa in terms of apartheid. In fact they learned from the South Africans and took their human rights abuses to another level. Don't believe me? Email Donna Shalala and ask her how she got frisked just because of her last name.

Can you give an example of the US doing this in the last 50 years? We don't do it because it's WRONG.
