Do you mean they are racist like every other ethnic group out there? KHarris getting way too much credit for having "tanked" with that group. |
And many do no believe women should be in leadership roles, so it isn’t shocking that they wouldn’t be for Kamala. Same with other immigrant cultures. |
| Many immigrants are racist and sexist. Many blacks are conservative. Whites are all those too. Stop zoning in on one group. Humans are racist. |
+1 basically, the rich getting richer, poor getting poorer, seeing elites live it up (adding a ballroom to the WH) while people are going hungry, elite capitalists in bed with foreigners to the detriment of the local population ... that is what leads to uprisings. |
Does not really matter. Trump and MAGA will still round these immigrants up and deport them. They are immigrants. According to Trump and MAGA they are criminals and gang members. |
| Many immigrants even those on h-1b support Trump. It's about the economy, they are here for the economy. Economic tourists so to speak. |
H-1B are not citizens and can’t vote, so they have no say. |
Asians aren't the only faction of people in this country who have been discriminated against. Many wrongs don't make a right. Good riddance to bigotry in all its forms. It's fine by me if skin color, religious beliefs, sexual preference and other personal identity characteristics that have no bearing on the quality of an applicant's profile actually have no bearing on the quality of an applicant's profile. |
Well Trump tourism and the economy. How’d that work out for them? |
Nah, they’re rich. He likes rich immigrants. |
|
Who cares?
If any minority wants snuggle up with MAGA, they had better be prepared to ride bare back on this bull. I'll be enjoying watching them squirm. |
False. Those are bogus talking points and strawmen that fall apart under scrutiny. |
| Someone was railing about "Harvard discriminates against Asians" - doesn't take much to see that US demographics are 7% Asian whereas Harvard student body is almost 24% Asian. How can it be "discrimination" when Asians have had admissions rates 3.5x more favorable than the general population? |
The fact that you know the student body is 24% Asian is the root of the problem itself. Who is keeping tabs on the student body demographics and why are they doing so? The student body should be made up of the most qualified applicants. Period, end of discussion. If that means the student body is 98% Asian or 2% Asian, so be it. Being "Asian" should not be a qualifying or disqualifying factor. It's just astonishing to hear of ethnicity being something taken into consideration when people are applying for anything in 2025. What is wrong with these people? |
Wtf. Do you're saying its astonishingly evil, horrible and discriminatory to merely report basic demographics??? Aside from failing to answer the question and articulate how Asians were supposedly discriminated against... You've failed massively in your faux outrage here. |
