No. Apartment buildings shouldn't need more security, police should do their job. |
THIS^. |
And prosecutors should do their jobs. The guy had 24 bench warrants! https://news.yahoo.com/man-charged-assaulting-u-rep-013600111.html |
| Go tough on crimes, provide residents safety. If you can't then resgin. |
Why does anyone think it's okay for him to have been released so many times so he can hurt more people? |
| I guess because they think since parents, teachers and system has failed him so now society must deal with and pay for his crimes. He can't be held responsible for his actions. |
LOL. Bless your heart. |
Of course apartment buildings need more security. Especially in this day and age of private equity firms buying up buildings. They actually have a legal duty to keep the building safe (warrant of habitability). |
Don't you think building owners have a duty to keep a building secure? That includes effective security. |
| How does an elderly woman prevent strangers from following her through a secure door at the lobby? |
Is that what happened here? |
Depends on your definition of “elderly”. |
Her story was that he was in the lobby acting erratically already when she walked in. I'm sure she regrets not just walking out of the lobby instead of into the elevator. |
Not sure why any of this is relevant, aside from an attempt to victim blame. |
exactly. He is of "unknown address". If he lived in the building, then they'd know his address. WTF and SMH. He DIDN'T live there. Why is that so hard to grasp and accept? |
