What are you all eating for breakfast?

I alternate between:
Breakstones live active cottage cheese
Hard boiled eggs sprinkled with Everything But the Bagel
Spinach quiche that I make in silicone muffin holders, just grab one or two
Nonfat Greet Yogurt with berries

Yes, avoiding carbs at breakfast

but don't they usually replace the fat in nonfat foods with sugar? re: low carb

Did I deliberately double the recipes and then forget to offer leftovers to people?

Sorry, can't talk, mouth full.

Hahaha I love this. My usual (like, 90% of the time) answer is “nothing,” I don’t eat until lunch. But WHEN I have breakfast, it’s something like this. And I enjoy every bite of it, guilt-free

And I thought I liked carbs; I’m not a patch on you.

I aim for an egg and some nuts but sometimes patiently frying an egg sounds tedious.

Do you like hard boiled eggs? Hard boil a bunch at the beginning of the week. They last all week and don't go bad. Easy to eat. Two eggs are about 150 calories, 11 g of fat, 2 grams of carbs, 12 grams of protein.

And more than a day's worth of cholesterol.

Most helathy adults can eat one large egg a day. https://www.webmd.com/cholesterol-management/eggs-and-cholesterol

If you don't eat breakfast and someone asks you what you eat than you don't have to participate. "air" sandwich is not what op was asking!

You need to eat a bowl of "be more kind" and a glass of "give a person a little latitude."

There was nothing unkind in my response. Honestly, it is ok not to answer every thread. She they eat nothing how is that helpful to op who is looking for ideas for breakfast?

Not in plain yogurt. They just remove the cream/fat from the milk before making into yogurt

I used to eat a Clif builders bar to cram some protein in since I’m a vegetarian, but I recently switched to skyr in my effort to avoid processed foods. I need to add something like nut butter or nuts to it though, because it’s not filling me until lunch and my job requires me to walk and talk all day.

A slice of carrot cake from the Safeway bakery. Every day. It's the reason I look forward to getting up in the morning.

No, in fact you were unkind. The person specified they skipped breakfast except coffee or had a protein shake if they exercised. That constitutes breakfast. Your response with "air sandwich" was unkind sarcasm. It was unnecessary. If you can't see that, then you're a bit unreflective about your own impact on others.

I get a mcmuffin with my coffee most weekdays. Plenty of protein and keeps me full until lunch!

Plus a coffee with the same 0% fat milk in it.

Every day for 4 months now. And I've lost 25 lbs.

From now on any time i buy something on Amazon I’m going to say I’m importing it from the country of origin. Much classier sounding.
