What are you all eating for breakfast?

Protein shake (I make from powder) with 50g of protein.

Ezekiel English muffin with almond butter and a large bowl of berries

Well what I'm eating or what some other person is eating might not be suitable for you because we might have different goals and health concerns. So if you are just asking for generic healthy breakfast foods....eggs, eggs, and more eggs. Protein protein and more protein. At least that's what I do.

Cottage cheese
Fruit
Greek Yogurt
Berries
Avocados
Omelets consist of any combination of tomatoes, mushrooms, ham, cheese, and onions.
Lots of hard boiled eggs for when I don't have time.

I like to read these lists as though the posters are eating all of these things for every breakfast. For this one imagining the huge number of hard boiled eggs being consumed at the end of breakfast in manner of Paul Newman in Cool Hand Luke made me do a spit take. Thank you!

Egg white omelette ((with onion or mushrooms or spinach)

This one also also a good breakfast for completists. It's the order of everything I think, and then a little oatmeal at the end to fill in the crevices. *chef's kiss*

Protein waffles/pancakes with a little peanut/almond butter or sprinkle of PB2
Hardboiled egg and toast
Nonfat greek yogurt and fruit with a little honey and chia seeds
Homemade healthy-ish muffin (interested in muffin recipes that have higher protein if anyone has a good one)

Oatmeal cooked on the stove. Usually I add raisins and maple syrup. Black coffee poured into a thermos of ice.

And I thought I liked carbs; I’m not a patch on you.

I aim for an egg and some nuts but sometimes patiently frying an egg sounds tedious.

A Dave’s killer bread English muffin with a pat of butter and low sugar jelly. Black coffee

Avocado toast with an egg on top (sliced hard boiled egg if I’m short on time)
Steel cut oatmeal (I love this recipe in the winter https://joythebaker.com/2014/01/morning-glory-oats/)
Banana with almond butter

Usually a piece of fruit and some nuts, or a banana with nut butter. Today I grabbed a banana and had it with natural peanut butter.

Did I deliberately double the recipes and then forget to offer leftovers to people?

Sorry, can't talk, mouth full.

Love this!

I eat a bowl of non-sugar Alpen muesli that I import from the UK (amazon) 2/3 of a cup, plus some 0% fat milk and half a banana.

Plus a coffee with the same 0% fat milk in it.

Every day for 4 months now. And I've lost 25 lbs.

Many mornings, it’s a small compilation of my 3 kids’ breakfast leftovers -ie- strawberries, scrambled eggs, mini muffin, or half eaten breakfast sandwich. If I make something for myself, it’s usually a scaled down version of yummy breakfast food:

Fried egg, piece of buttered sourdough toast
Half a breakfast burrito
Leftover pancake, sausage link or strip of bacon
Half a toasted bagel with cream cheese, onion, sliced tomato
Peanut butter and a little honey on wheat toast
