Alternate between plain Greek yoghurt with nuts and agave syrup, and overnight oatmeal with whole milk, blueberries, walnuts, and honey.

More calories are spent early in the day. You're better off skipping dinner and having a good breakfast.

I often eat the vegetables or other leftovers from last night’s dinner. I don’t like eating sweet stuff in the morning.

2 cups of coffee with whole milk, piece of fruit, and some crudites. Holds me over til lunch.

I live leftovers from dinner for breakfast. Today was a stuffed shell with a little side of fettuccine Alfredo.

coffee with milk. a whole oat granola with blueberries and strawberries and 2% milk. All organic.
